Yellow Fever

We are a yellow fever centre at the practice

• Patients must ring for an appointment for their injection. You will be asked if you are allergic to eggs. If you are, you will not be able to have the injection; otherwise you will be booked in with the nurse/Dr and told that there is a charge of £55.00. Please note that this should be paid on the day at reception on arrival. The surgery will inform you to bring your immunisation history with you as it will be needed on the day.

• When you arrive for the appointment, you will be given questionnaire to fill in before they see the clinician.

After your injection you will be provided with a yelloe fever certificate.
