COVID-19 Care Assistant supports our patients who are worried that they might have COVID-19. This service, which is accessible via the web, will be the first port of call for lots of patients. Patients using the COVID-19 Care Assistant can get access to a symptom checker (24/7) and live chat function (8am-8pm); which gives advice on next steps.

The online tool also offers patients a care plan to track their symptoms, and information for the isolation period.
