You can make an appointment via the following ways:

• By visiting our Consulting Room.
• Booking an appointment via SystmOnline. You will need to be registered for our online services. Please complete our Register for Online Services form to use this option.
• By calling the practice, please visit our Contact Us page.

Appointments are for one person only – please book a separate appointment for each person.

Please note – we only book three days ahead of the scheduled appointment for the doctor.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us at least 24 hours prior, in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

You can cancel your appointment in any of the following ways:

• Using our Cancel an Appointment Triage.
• Via SystmOnline.
• By calling the practice, please visit our Contact Us page.

Appointment Policies

• We only book three days ahead appointments with the doctor.
• We have emergencies slots where you will be allocated a time to attend. You will then have wait to be seen by a doctor who is available.
• When booking appointments with a doctor, please be aware that the consultation will be for one person only and not for any other person accompanying them.
